Shipping Fees:
We do ship, at the expense of the buyer and we ship through Pet First, which is Delta Cargo.
We charge a $35.00 shipping fee (includes the carrier), which must be paid before the flight, in addition to the flight charges.
Avian Health Guarantee
Coastal Exotics warrants that, at time of purchase, the bird(s) invoiced are in good health. The BUYER is encouraged to have the bird(s) examined by a veterinarian of his/her choice within 7 days of purchase. If during this 7 day period, the bird(s) are found to have a condition that affects their health or well-being as determined by the examining veterinarian, Coastal Exotic agrees, at it's discretion, to, either, refund the BUYER the purchase price or to replace said bird(s) with bird(s) of equal value, if so agreed by BUYER.
This warranty does NOT apply to unweaned birds.
If a customer buys an unweaned baby, then he or she does so at their own risk.
