18 + with valid insurance and coverage on the vehicle is required to book.

Cancelation Policy

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental date are not permitted and will result in the forfeiture of any paid fees.

Security Deposit
We collect a security deposit at time of rental. This amount can vary based on the vehicle, and type of insurance you hold. Upon the return of the rented vehicle, Coastal Exotic LLC shall retain the security deposit for a period of twenty-four (24) hours to allow for thorough inspection. If the vehicle is returned in its original condition without any damages or incidental fees incurred during the rental term, the security deposit will be refunded in full to the renter.

Proof Of Insurance

All renters (US citizens and international renters) are required to have full coverage insurance to rent our vehicles. We will call your insurance provider to verify your insurance coverage is active and in good standing.

Reservations

Coastal Exotic LLC strictly prohibits the listed or similar usage; street racing, rallies, reckless driving, any illegal activities, driving on non-paved roads, private roads, race courses, unsafe weather conditions. Violation of these terms will be considered a breach of the rental contract and may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement, the imposition of fines including but not limited to all payments and the security deposit, and liability for any damage to the vehicle.

Damage and Accidents

The renter is liable for any damages that occur to the rented vehicle. First the security deposit will be used to satisfy any small damages. If the damages exceed the security deposit, the renter is liable to pay out of pocket or use their insurance to cover the payment.

Tickets and Fines

CONTACT YOUR Coastal Exotic LLC REP IMMEDIATELY WITH DOCUMENTATION IF YOU RECEIVE A TRAFFIC TICKET, INCUR TOLL CHARGES, OR ANY DAMAGES If during the rental period you receive a traffic ticket, incur toll charges, or if the vehicle is subject to vandalism, or you experience any other form of damage — including both interior and exterior damages — not limited to accidents, you must immediately contact your assigned Coastal Exotic LLC representative. It is mandatory to provide comprehensive photographic and video documentation of the incident as part of your initial report. This documentation should capture the condition of both the interior and exterior of the vehicle, as applicable. Following the submission of this evidence, Coastal Exotic LLC will review the information provided. The renter is liable for any damages, tolls, or costs resulting from actions deemed responsible by the renter, as determined by the review of the submitted documentation. All associated costs, including but not limited to fines, toll expenses, and repair expenses, will be the responsibility of the renter

Basic Rental Rules

THE RENTER LISTED ON THIS CONTRACT IS THE ONLY AUTHORIZED DRIVER TO OPERATE THE VEHICLE VEHICLE MUST ONLY BE FILLED WITH PUMP 91 OCTANE FUEL RACING, USING THE VEHICLE FOR ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES, RECKLESS DRIVING, DRIVING IN UNSAFE WEATHER CONDITIONS AND DRIVING ON NON-PAVED ROADS, PRIVATE ROADS OR RACE COURSES IS PROHIBITED VEHICLE MUST STAY WITHIN 100 MILES OF CAR DROP OFF (UNLESS A PRIOR AGREEMENT HAS ALREADY BEEN MADE) NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED INSIDE THE VEHICLE NO REFUNDS ON EARLY RETURNS / LATE FEES APPLY ON ALL LATE RETURNS TAMPERING WITH THE VEHICLE OR ANY OF ITS PARTS (INCLUDING ATTEMPTING TO REPAIR ANY DAMAGE) IS NOT ALLOWED AND CONSTITUTES AS VEHICLE ABUSE IMMEDIATELY STOP AND CONTACT US WHEN A VEHICLE ISSUE ARISES

How to Extend My Rental?

To request an extension of the rental period, additional trip mileage, or an expansion of the travel perimeter, renters are required to contact us. All requests for extensions must be submitted a minimum of four hours before the current rental agreement expires. The approval of any extension is contingent upon vehicle availability and is at the sole discretion of Coastal Exotic LLC. Additional charges at the prevailing rate will apply to any approved extensions and are payable immediately upon approval.
